Talk at work!

I think the list is pretty spot on. The most important issues, to me, would be Medical History and Intimate details. I don't think either of those things should be shared with anyone, really. Probably all of those things I would talk about with friends. But, only the friends that I could really trust not to tell anyone. I wouldn't want the whole world to know what I'm telling my bestfriend.
